At our Vocational School, Assistant Professor Suzan Moç conducted a workshop on “Well-being” to support students’ psychological well-being. The workshop, which drew significant interest from students, covered topics such as self-awareness, emotional management, and stress coping.
As part of the training, information was shared to help students develop their ability to recognize and express their emotions in a healthy way, and various recommendations were offered to help them cope more effectively with stressors encountered in daily life. In addition, attention was drawn to the positive effects of self-awareness on academic achievement and social life.
