An important informational training session for our academic staff was organized at our Vocational School by Lecturer Turgay Şaşmaz. The training covered the duties, responsibilities, and rights of academic staff in detail.
The training was conducted to contribute to the professional development of our academic staff and to raise awareness about university policies. Lecturer Turgay Şaşmaz comprehensively covered topics such as the job description of academic staff, ethical rules, legal rights, and responsibilities in his presentation. Participants had the opportunity to discuss the topics in greater depth by asking questions in an interactive environment.
